We’re excited that DrupalSouth is coming to Auckland for the first time, and are super keen to show everyone a great time in one of the world’s great cities on November 16 & 17. This event will deliver 2 days of classic DrupalSouth action, spiced up with a dash of Auckland-style fun and social collaboration. The conference will take place at Q Theatre, located near Auckland's Aotea Square and within the heart of Auckland city.
Drupal's growth in popularity in New Zealand and Australia continues as the go-to content management platform for building scalable, feature-rich websites. As the web evolves and demands evermore flexible capabilities for presentation, social functionality and data and services integration, more decision-makers and practitioners in the web industry are recognising the value and flexibility of Drupal as a web publishing platform. Driving that recognition is the Drupal community - the large global tribe of developers, designers, evangelists and users who are building Drupal's success.
Whether you are new to Drupal, a seasoned old-hand or a site owner, we invite you to join us at DrupalSouth 2017 and share in the knowledge and expertise of our region's active and innovative community. If you are in New Zealand and work for an organisation that uses Drupal or offers Drupal related services this will be an essential event for your calendar.
For international visitors New Zealand is the perfect launchpad for an unforgettable travel experience and Auckland is the starting line to take advantage of all the country has to offer.
